該項目由浙江金宇實業股份有限公司長興分公司開發建設的地塊，位于長興縣稚城鎮明珠路與解放路交界處。于2004年12月15日長興縣發展改革和經濟委員會對該項目進行皮膚，長發改經【2004】436号文件。于2005年4月5日由長興縣發展改革和經濟委員會組織相關部門、單位提出了寶貴意見。具體詳見長發改經【2005】262号文件。
單位建築規模：總用地面積5577平方米，總建築面積29894平方米，地上建築面積25832平方米，地下建築面積4062平方米，容積率4.63，建築密度60.7%，綠化率不低于20%。該項目由湖州誠信建築設計有限公司設計、長興建築勘察設計院勘察、浙江東南建設管理監理有限公司監理、浙江越興建設工程有限公司施工的一個項目。工程A座、B座兩幢，結構類型屬全框架，其中A樓十六層、B樓七層、地下室一層。該項目于2006年1月15日開工，計劃于2008年12月31日竣工，總投資6000萬元，質量達到合格要求。
